So Kessel Run Events Broke

So like so many of you I've been excited for the 3x event and a way to get extra energy was to run up the Kessel Run rewards. I went ahead and bought my bundles and stages of era materials and relics and so on not only did I'm not sure I got it all as I had made 20+ purchases i noticed after some time the Kessel run coaxium rewards where not rolling over and giving me my rewards in game and my bar stopped moving to my dismay I'm not even sure how much i missed out on its the sole reason to make webstore purchases. I knew better after what happened with maul hate fueled to try but i did anyway i went to customer support where the bot gave me the run around as i will provide screenshots. then when i got home from work i tried the website again and they said they cant help me and id have to go to in game support even though I showed them screen shot of the bot ignoring my text and giving me game crashing bug troubleshooting and closing the chat . i opened a new in game chat while talking to ea site chat and the in game told me the only way to speak to an agent is to go to the very site the customer service chat was telling me they cant help me and to use the in game chat and closing the chat. 

 

so far I've missed out on completing my 7 star max level relic from the era maul hate fueled because the store removed my ability to purchase the remaining pack on each Yoda and chewie and asaj because I couldn't get the shards to max level them like I did the others before the era closed because the chat doesn't work. now I'm going to miss out on a lot of 3x event energy i could have used let alone the crystals and everything else that gets rewarded with the Kessel run i just wanted to be made whole but at this point I've put half a day in to trouble shooting this i really feel like someone there should make me whole on this. 

 

I AM how ever open to help or advice with fixes or how to get ahold of someone to help me thank you all kindly for any time and attention

    I can't help you at all with this issue but I can tell you EA and support staff will make 0 effort in trying to help you either.

    I have it confirmed any issues within SWGOH or the Webstore for that specific game is handled only by the in game support staff. EA General Support on the website is a seperate entity and can't do anything about anything related to in game purchases or webstore purchases or refund.

    I have experience with the in game support staff over the past 2 days where I have made 11 total tickets and they are not trying to help at all, won't answer your questions and will prematurely close every ticket forcing you to go through the same repeated issue over and over with the hopes you will give up and let it go.

    Just today in my 11th ticket (the only ticket not prematurely closed) - 4 different support staff member names have appeared to respond to me and not a single person has answered my questions or provided me with instructions about what I have asked for.

    The mentality of theirs is you made purchases, everything is working as intended and they will not make any attempts to help you if that means you have something to gain from it, even if you deserve to get what you are missing :/
