Solo Journey - Battle button does nothing (and more!)

Clients: Android & PC

Issue: Journey for Emperor's Demise, the Battle button does not do anything. I have the full requirements for Tier I (5/5, all 2100+, all more than 1 star. Button is green, but simply does nothing. This also happens with Grand Master's Training, where the button is green with nothing happening (although I have 5/5 but only 1 is 2100+)

Troubleshooting attempted: Reinstalling; clear cache / memory; restarted both devices.
