Someone magically has access to my game

Hi I’d like to mention firstly that I’ve been battling on and off with this for a few months now, recently he had unlinked my EA account and linked his own which I managed to undo on my own since support was completely unwilling to help on that matter and yet they still somehow have access to my game, I’ve never used bluestacks or any 3rd party service, never lost a device that I was logged into, nobody has access to my devices that I own, I regularly change passwords and have 2 factor authentication on everything I have a password for. Yet this person somehow has access to my game, I don’t understand and really need help, I will post a transcript of SWGOH’s in game support in the attachments to show just how helpful they’ve been.

    I don’t know what to do anymore except make this post, I’ve put so much time and money in this game i really want to keep fighting and holding out hope but after months of all my resources being drained, never being able to stay in a guild, etc it’s completely disheartening that neither EA or SWGOH support teams seem to want to help me fix this in any way.

    I have the same problem, they left my guild and now changed my name

    on my opinion, the only option is that someone has somehow access to one of your device.

    • PC
    • Tablet
    • Smartphone

    I would assume it is the PC, and you have some Keylogger installed at your PC.

    It looks to me like this is a personal thing and someone in your circle of acquaintances wants to annoy you.

    I can confirm to you that nobody has access to any of my devices as I have already thought about it being a keylogger and have factory reset all of my devices.

    I have been dealing with this issue since last year January, I wish you the best of luck as both ea support and in-game live support will do anything apart from help you.
