Star wars galaxy of heroes

Hello, for the past few days, I haven't been able to access the game *Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes*. I submitted a support ticket via my phone, but I haven't received a reply yet—it's been nearly 10 days—so I thought I'd ask here. Is this kind of error normal? Reinstalling both the game and the app didn't help.
