Starship tutorial loop. (Loophole and help for others with issue)

So as of yesterday people have been having the reoccurring issue of, not being able to get past the starship tutorial. Players have followed the actions of the guide for the tutorial, just to be greeted by the process, time and time again after returning to the home menu. I have seen that some players have had responses from the support team saying the issue should be resolved but that seems to be the older posts, most likely the players in which the problem first occurred. However all the players i’ve seen have left their ally code as well, so perhaps that helps too. As for loopholes you can actually manage to play the game to some degree if you just navigate from the final point in said tutorial, it is just a process and can be quite discouraging as it can be complicated if one doesn’t know how to properly navigate through the menus. Finally in regards to the easiest way i’ve figured to continue playing, all you have to do is hit the back arrow to take you back to the character profile of Mace Windu after you complete the tutorial, which allows you to search through other characters via the arrows at the bottom of the screen. Once you do so, you can find certain characters that require items or shards in which you can obtain through quests or nodes in the game.  Once you find the right character you can access the node which brings you to certain story modes, or just find one that brings you to the quest screen which usually has different quests for various different modes, in which you can access from there, all without returning to the home menu.
