Still have not recieved Lightspeed Gift Bundle Purchase
Early today I purchased two gift bundles of the Shadows of the Empire lightspeed bundle for two of my guildmates. The first purchase was met with an error that instantly crashed the app on my phone without me being able to see what the error message was. The second, thankfully went through and said guildmate recieved rewards immediatly in their inbox. Here is the issue, you have taken money for both of my purchases and yet I have still only recieved one. I placed an in game ticket in your system at 9:40 AM CST in order to resolve this issue. I have also been waiting in your live chat since 12:10 PM CST in order to resolve this issue as it is time sensative and a refund is not the proper course of action for what I want resolved. I will place additional information below as well as screen shots to show what is happening if I attempt to repurchase the bundle for my same guildmate.
