Stuck after purchase
I started the game and saw an ad for the Jawa Pack. It was exactly what I needed, so I purchased it. However, after completing the purchase, the items didn’t load. I restarted the game, but still didn’t receive any items. The game opens normally, but whenever I navigate through menus—like challenges or my character screen—and then return to the home screen, it gets stuck on the loading screen. I have to close the entire game after just one battle or even just checking my characters.
Obviously, I want the items I paid for, but the bigger issue is that I can’t play the game properly now. I’ve already tried restarting my phone (a new iPhone 15) and reinstalling the game, but nothing has worked. Can anyone help?
