Supreme Leader Kylo Ren Glitch

I am having issues with my SLKR I have upgraded all special abilities but the ultimate ability although unlocked isn’t showing on the character screen. Still only shows 5 in the blue star when should be A 6?

Have you scrolled down his list of abilities and upgraded the Galactic Legend ability at the bottom of them?
The indicator that a GL has their Ultimate ability unlocked is the golden surround on the relic level, which you have.
