SWGH bait and switch

I purchased 2 of the $19.99 crystals packs to buy the “light side cache” which was advertised for 5000 crystals, “8 character cards, one character guaranteed”. I received 330 cards of  one character, then the pack was 1/2 price in crystals, (2700) 2 hours later. I reported this from the help screen in the game, just so I could get a receipt to see what I purchased, and what I received from my purchase with crystals, I received no help. They told me to report it here.
