Swgoh bug

Question

I just spent $200 on the new Sith Pain Bundle on SWGOH. Received 7 shards. It clearly states that it can drop 5-330. What the heck are you guys doing? False advertisement. I’m going to the media next because this has happened more than once. I have spent thousands of dollars and am getting tired of getting ripped off...
