SWGoH PC Beta won't give you purchased packs!
Recently, I have purchased the 2 Kyro packs on the PC client Beta and didn't receive them.
As any normal person would do I reach out to SWGoH help through the PC help from in game.
After explaining my situation and sending the same proof of purchase picture about 9 times, I received nothing but the same scripted reply and link. Not offering any help whatsoever.
"Click the settings cog and 'restore purchases' button" or "you just need to claim your purchase"
Great if I was using the mobile app, but the PC Beta doesn't have this option.
I followed all their steps;
Reloaded the game, reloaded the client, cleared browser cache, checked web store, I even installed a new browser to try and check the web store and got nothing, logged into the mobile app, did the restore purchases about 5 times, closed app did it again.
After all of this the only reply I got from EA Help on PC was "we're having technical problems, please ask again later"
After those 13 hours of torture, I decided to ask for help on the mobile app hoping to get someone who could actually help.
After painfully providing the same details over and over again and having to go through everything again with at least 4 different people.
All I got was the same reply of "you need to claim your purchases"
I provided picture proof of doing what they asked and having them check my account to see that my packs are still waiting to be claimed.
After this I was put into the "too hard basket" and told to post my issue here. In what I'm guessing is an attempt to make it seem like they are doing something when they just don't want to bother with my issue.
So I turn to you guys for help, since EA and CG don't care enough to help, I'm at your mercy.
