Hiya,
While we have pushed a pushed a fix on 11/30 that provided the missing rewards for a majority of players, it appears there's a small minority who are still missing rewards. Following up on this issue with the team to update further.

Morning morning!
For those who have waited after the fix and after restarting the game and have not received rewards, please submit a ticket with EA Help and detail that you believe that you are missing Dark Side Territory Battle rewards post fix. Some notes!
Please file a ticket with EA Help via 'Missing Content'.
Open a singular ticket. Support will do their best to get to each player as soon as possible, but if you have not heard anything by tomorrow, follow up in your original ticket.

The server has been updated and players should begin to see their missing rewards on restart.

These rewards should be populating across affected players accounts- hooray! Thank you to those who've not only been super patient while we addressed this, but also are posting that rewards have been acquired. We'll keep monitoring this as this rollout continues.

We're beginning to do some limited testing of this manual fix to roll out rewards. Please note that this testing is being done to ensure this fix is working as intended and NOT require a client restart of your game. I'll have more information and instructions going forward. Thank you!

Further investigation has shown there may have been an issue with the proximity between Territory Battles ending and Territory Wars beginning which caused a problem in the dispersal of rewards. As we review this further, this will require some more time, so our initial 24 hour window will need to be extended.
What this means for our players:
- For now, players do NOT need to go to EA Help.
- We’re prepping to implement a manual fix to disburse the proper rewards for Dark Side Territory Battles to the players that did not receive them.
We're very sorry that this messaging is resulting in more waiting, but we sincerely appreciate your reports, understanding, and patience as we work to resolve this. Thank you!

We're receiving new information that will require further review by our team. I do apologize for this extended wait, but we hope to have more information tomorrow.

Players are reporting rebooting their game and a momentary wait is resulting in rewards appearing in their inboxes. Additionally, you may also uninstall/reinstall.
Please note that despite the suggestions provided this delay will require a wait as rewards populate players inboxes. We do apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
