Territory War Signup Button

Summarize your bug When the Territory War Preview /signup phase starts, the “Join” button is greyed out.with the j
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into Territory War and look at “Join” button.

With the “Join” button greyed out, it leads people to believe that they are unable to sign up. This happened with the last Territory War also.  The last Territory War, a few people missed signing up because every time they looked it was greyed out. Thanks for any help.

    Hi @rcff30 and thank you for the report.

    We've flagged this as a bug last week and the team is already working on a resolution.

    The EA Quality Assurance support that monitors and responds to these forums submit bug reports, but don't get to prioritize how the developers choose to prioritize their time.

    My guess is that as a strictly graphical bug with "no impact" to players, it has a very low priority for being fixed. Of course, I believe that it contributes to players occasionally not signing up for TW, but it's impossible to prove a causal link there.

    I reported this several months ago as well.  This has been a bug for at least 3 months with no resolution.  I know multiple members of my guild who have missed TWs because of this.  They message apologizing for missing registration when it is actually still open, the button is just hidden.  I have to explain this to most new members of the guild.  This needs to be fixed ASAP.  It is not a difficult fix at all, the developers need to go for the low-hanging fruit.
