Several players are not able to login.
This is all over the forums. The issue is known but no reaction from either of you. No we are working on it or anything else.
This is not the first time cg does mistakes and does not own them.
The community is expecting a reply and yet silence.
Finally wake up and be supportive to your community.

It's related to Google Play Services.
They should at least announce the cancellation of TW. Even if they find a fix now, a bunch of people won’t be able to set defenses in time.
@CG Spare officers the frantic extra work of finding fillers.
When the money stops coming in they will probably look for a solution to the login problem.

It is an on-going issue, but that was their acknowledgement 19 days ago, I agree there should have been an update by now, but you can't say there was radio silence. If you check the bug reports they're still giving the same work around, and it is working for some people but not everyone.
Don't forget about GAC. If I can't login in over the next few hours, I won't be able to sign up for this round of GAC. So annoying
With a New character coming out today hope we get shards reimbursed if things remain like this. We already lost our energy refreshes for today. Not happy at all that a huge business like EA is not providing any insight. Good luck running your game with half the community missing
An acknowledgement of the problem would be a start! Come on EA, show your players a little respect.

In a way, this may be good news for those who have been suffering with it for weeks!
As we all known, answering to or care in anyway about their Playerbase means nothing to CG/EA. So, what to so? As Always... Waiting or leavin' the Game.
19 days ago this problem was a single case. Now the problem has become widespread. And the developers are still silent. And not only is it impossible to log in through a Google Play account, now there is also a problem with an EA account. You cannot import your main account and you are constantly thrown to a small account. Even after deleting and reinstalling the game, you cannot log in to the game like the Guest. Game drops you right in to the smaller account all the time
