The game is breaking

So I had a GAC round where me and my opponent scored the EXACT same points. He got a win, I checked, but I got a loss, so that's cool. I messaged the help bot and received ABSOLOUTELY NO RESPONSE!!! And now I can't even log into the game. I wouldn't mind too much if it was just a small game, but the amount of time and, more importantly, money I, and a lot of other people, have put into this game, just feels like a complete slap in the face from CG. And I swear to god, if they give us some clone wars chewwy shards as "compensation" I think I'm gonna have a mental breakdown
