Plague prevents the cleansing of all debuffs.

It happens randomly without plaque as well. Sometimes against RJT teams where plague never in play, sometimes with NS without plague. Talked and guild mate has seen something similar.

And you mean debuffs other than the ones inflicted by JTR that can't be dispelled? Honestly never had a problem with that ability.

yep not those with the lock. Usually a stun because I try to give to a tank or GK to taunt, cleanse or what not, then I see them go full to nothing without a turn so I know the stun was not cleansed.
