Tier V crashed and no rewards but says complete

Tier 5 requires 6* (230 shards). I made 233 shards (3/100) and went into event to finish off for the day. Entered tier V and it crashed and wanted to restart. hit restart, went back in and still at 3/100 but event Tier states completed successfully however rewards not given. 
It should not be possible to complete tier 5 and have less than 240 shards (10/100) but here I am still at 3/100!
I should complete the event with 7* but won’t with this error.
