Except the debuff by Great Mothers is locked - as in, Can not be dispelled.
So... if even SLKR can't cleans locked debuffs (like armor shred), why does General Skywalker?
Because he's not cleansing debuffs, he's removing status effects. They're just gone.
Not sure why he'd stand up with no protection though. He stays sitting while allies are alive vs. SEE.
He shouldn't have any protection because it's disabled, completely.
I'd also like to point out, that Commander Luke Skywalker doesn't remove this debuff with call to arms either.
GAS appears to be the only unit in the entire game to do that, which is why I personally believe it to be a bug.
