Transaction Bugged

Dear SWGOH, 

About a week ago, I bought the DR bundle which went through fine and then I bought the JKR bundle which got stuck at pending, the money hasn’t gone through but the EA thinks it has, and SWGOH says there’s a transaction pending, so the JKR pack no longer shows up in the store for me so I can’t try and purchase it again. Would it be possible for me to get some help please?? Thank you in advance.
