tried buying aphra pack did not get aphra pack

went to the websotore selected aphra pack put in card/bank info evertyhing goes thru check in game no pack. didnt gte no coaxium on the webstore ethier, but the pack disappeared ingame and on the webstore after. checked my banka ccount and even tho i only tried to buy the pack once i have two 1$ pending transactions from Ea Electronics Arts help.... tried to use in game support a day ago still no reply. first time ive had issue buying things from the webstore so just kinda lost and waiting for answers/a refund. at this point the pack is gone so cant really purchase it now.
