I'm now being told through in-game support that, and I quote, "the reason for receiving the crystals from this bundle is that you have already purchased a light side bundle on 19 Aug and there is a limit for per account". I want to believe that this is a misunderstanding. Yes, I did buy a lighspeed bundle that day, the KAM one. What does it have to do with the Hoth one? The KAM lightspeed bundle wasn't even available for purchase at the time I bought this last one
How did you manage to get an answer from them? I have a ticket open but zero communication from their site.
They responded to my ticket ingame but the answer basically makes no sense. I sent them another message but no news yet. Guess it's just luck getting a response
After 1.5 days I received the same lame excuse with the crystals, people obviously have no idea. Others have been buying more than one LSB. Really annoying.
