Trouble With Luke's Allies LSB

I just purchased the Luke's Allies LSB on my pc client. The payment processed and was taken out of my account, but then the game proceeded to give me an infinite loading screen and crash. When I reloaded the game, my inbox showed a claim your LSB message, but then gave me crystals instead of the actual LSB. I'm seeing that this is currently a common issue with other players and LSB purchases. Just looking to get this resolved. Thanks!
