SEE II LSB purchased, but did not receive LSB rewards

Yesterday I purchased the Sith Eternal II (Relic 7 Sith) bundle but did not receive anything. I have no clue on how I should proceed. The LSB is no longer in the store for me and my mother said the purchase went through. I just want to know if  the LSB can be added to my account if that’s even possible.

    You get any response yet? Nothing on my side as I’m waiting for the correction on my SEE LSB 1 purchase from 12/24

    Hoping for the same. Would be nice to be able to do more in conquest & the ABs but waiting for resolution since 12/24
