I saw someone posting on reddit saying to cancel the purchase and try again. One way to do this was to try to buy a different item, but don't complete the purchase. It should tell you if you have a pending purchase.

Did you try to purchase the Bad Batch bundle again after the other successful purchase? I saw on reddit someone else tried to purchase another item. Which told them they had a pending purchase. They were then able to successfully purchase the Bad Batch bundle.

EA_AljoI have also an issue with Rogue One LSB 1. I Tried buying it on the web store and and PayPal time'd out and it is now gone from the Web Store and from the in game store and I can't purchase it anymore. EA Help is useless in this matter:

I believe it should return in a little bit. Can you try to buy something else, but not complete the purchase? It may tell you there is another purchase pending and let you cancel it. If that happens, cancel it and try to purchase the Rogue One LSB again.

Attempting to buy any other bundle apart from the BB one proceeds to payment methods as normal. Ironically, the only one I actually want to buy is bugged.

After canceling that purchase, can you then purchase the BB one?

The issue at least for me is that the pack is not visible anymore. the purchase is listed as failed. resetting, cache, etc. did not bring it back.

Everyone I got it!
The key is that after the "Oops,..." message from R2-D2 on webstore, you have to try to buy the BB bundle IN GAME which then gives you the option to "cancel pending purchase". After canceling, log-in to webstore again and it should work now. Hope this helps. - wowky253 months agoNew Rookie
