I managed to process the purchase on the web store and got crystals instead of the characters, and the bundle is still in my store.

I tried, but did not get any popups that any other one is pending. I canceled the new one but still the Rogue One is still not in the shop.

Everyone I got it!
The key is that after the "Oops,..." message from R2-D2 on webstore, you have to try to buy the BB bundle IN GAME which then gives you the option to "cancel pending purchase". After canceling, log-in to webstore again and it should work now. Hope this helps. - Faktorek4 months agoNew Novice
I can't as I do not have any LSBs in the store currently visible in any stores.

I have opened a case. And spent 45 mins proving evidence. Got passed on hourly to some one that can help and told to make my own post of the forum. Feel like I have been brushed off.

It didn't came back and it's almost time for the LSBs to go out of the store. It's very strange that NOBODY can help just cancel the erroneous transaction or give the option in the purchase history to "retry".
