Trying to purchase LS Bundle, "Oops...try again", then disappears from the store

It seems like many others are experiencing similar problems with the other bundles as well, but no solutions are being presented. I tried to purchase the Tusken Raider lightspeed bundle for Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes. I tried to purchase it initially through the webstore on Google Chrome. It gave me an error message saying it was unable to be purchased (I did not input any billing information or card number at that point, so thankfully nothing appears to be charged yet). When I checked the store, the bundle disappeared (as if I had purchased it). After waiting awhile, the bundle reappeared in the game's store through the PC client version of the game. Same issue occurred. I then tried to purchase it again from the mobile app on my iPad, and it said that I had an order pending for the Tusken LS bundle, and it gave me the option to either "wait" or "cancel" the pending order - I chose to cancel it. After waiting a bit longer I tried to purchase it AGAIN once it eventually reappeared in the store, but the same issue occurred. I have attempted to purchase it several times with the same error message popping up. For whatever reason neither the webstore, the in-game store on the PC client version of the game, or the in-game store on the mobile app are allowing me to do so. Preferably, I would like to purchase it through the webstore in order to collect the Coaxium.
