I tried to purchase the tusken lightside bundle. The purchase took a long time and never went through. I wasn't charged, and I also did not receive any units/crystals. When I try to purchase the bundle again, it's gone from both the store and the app.
Can you reset the ability for me to purchase the bundle on my account? Thank you

EA QV TeamReboot the game and swap stores. Additionally, check if you have a pending transaction. If yes, cancel it and bundles will reappear in stores.
I've done all that but it still not reappearing. Its not pending because it failed, no?

I tried both those options and still don't have any luck. Is there a way you can reset the store on your side? I can't seem to get the bundle back and no pending transactions

i have same problem as you I tried to buy from pc client but forgot I didn't save card details so I went off it and now I can't buy it since I won't show up when it does I get error
Still no luck with this, a guild member said I'm ineligible for the pack to be gifted as well. Tried to clear cache/every suggestion I've received.
They need to rerun the bundles again for a whole month……
