Ugnaught datacron on defense does not work

When placed on defense no matter the lead. The level 9 does not work. Ugnaught does not fracture on special. Characters do not gain backup plan at the start. They don’t recover health. It seems the entire level 9 is disabled when placed on defense. They also do not gain 100% evasion when you attack the ugnaught team with a non gl team. This was shown on the YouTuber vexitron stream and multiple others reports the same issue when facing on defense
