What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I was at 6000 Legend Tokens and refreshed with 3000 crystals to play 12 more times for 3600 more Legend Tokens. After I finished I realized my total apparently stopped at 7500 when I should have 9600.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Perhaps the max Legend Tokens (listed as 10000) is actually programmed only for 7500?

    Gotcha. Do you know if the 7500 cap has been fixed to 10k yet? Thanks!

    It's just a scandal....we lost a lot of cristals.

    It's your fault....You named that a ''bug'' ..you've fixed it after we play at the event. But, not

     content with making us lose crystals (which some spent time and others crystals), you disrespect us.
    and you do not repair the consequences of your mistake (lost of cristal)...and and you have neither the professionalism nor the politeness to address your customers to apologize for the inconvenience caused by your error.
     
    You've all data necessary given by the trackers included in the software ...so if you want, you can find who has lost cristals and how many....it's an easy work for you.
    I was patient but faced with the lack of communication, I am now angry.
    Now stop playing with us and make clear communication to explain to us exactly the procedure to follow to be reimbursed or explain to us why we will not be reimbursed.
     
    Do you think for a single second that an online sales company that takes money from its customers without sending the goods would simply say ''be patient'', ''go to this web page for more information ( and without giving any)'' then cherry on the cake, telling us ''that's it we have solved the procedural problem it won't happen again'' without taking the trouble to manage their neglected customers....
     
    but you send us to a website to let us follow the progress of the bug resolution, or you send us to a post from the developers where they indicate that they will post information (when they have it) on a different subject '', you announce to us the resolution of the bug without a single second communicating what you envisage for the consequences of this bug''
     
    No need to continue with consumer service, this is a technical problem whose resolution is technical!
     
    This is all just unacceptable...

    @Zolrextan As said above, no communication about this will come through this site, only the official forums. Admin on either site will not respond at weekends.

    I appreciate you are frustrated, but please be aware both boards have guidelines which can result in a user being banned if they are spamming threads.

    Ok i didn't know that do put up the thread to make they read it, was forbidden. I appreciate your information (english is not my native langage so i don't understand the great part of the text of rules of their forum)

    In all case, if they ban me of their forums, it has no importance. I registered me on them just for this problem. And no, i've lost too time to search to obtain an answer.

    I've decided to stop to search a moderation actor for the problem on forum because i prefer now use an other process.
