Unable to Claim Daily Quest Rewards

This has happened to me twice where I finish my daily quests before they reset, but I am unable to claim my rewards. I get a popup that says “Daily Quests have reset. Your account has been granted unclaimed rewards, and a receipt has been sent to your inbox.” The problem is that my daily quests haven’t reset yet which you can see on the timer in my screenshots.  When my quests actually reset, I receive the individual rewards in my inbox, but I am not receiving the crate for completing all 7 dailies even though they were all completed before reset. This means I am missing out on all the crate rewards including crystals, episode points, and Kyros. I should receive my missing 2 crates or the equivalent of all the missing rewards.

    Happened to me again. I think I’ve discovered that if the quest is completed in the last 5 minutes before reset, it won’t let you claim which isn’t how it has ever been or should be. 

  • Same for me when there was 5 minutes left until the daily reset. 7th December at 23.55.

    This happened to me today and yes it was with 3 minutes till reset.
    CG, if you are changing something like this a bit of communication would be helpful.
    If it’s an error on your part or even if it’s not please send one day completion rewards to 272-546-983 please.

    Happened to me as well tonight.
    CG, if you are going to make these type of changes a communication would be helpful. Please fix and restore the missing rewards.

    I had the same issue. I used the in game support which was horrible. I have a video of the issue happening, screen shots and proof. They refused to help or understand. I missed two days of claiming even though there was time left on the timer.  iOS here. In game support was a giant exercise in frustration. They are the worst support people. Worse than telecom companies!
