Unable to claim web store daily crate.

This has happened before and I was unable to claim the free rewards for a number of days. I go to the usual spot and see “Oops! something went wrong here.” I’ve seen previous threads but no actual solution anywhere.

I’m accessing the web store on my IOS device and account is linked/other parts of the web store work perfectly fine.

It has since become available in web store - so no missing rewards for me this time around. I did not do anything other than wait. Last time it did happen, it was 3-5 days of missed rewards before it started showing up again.
