Unable to log in - Error code 3.0

Same here, but I have error 16.0.  can't log into web store either

The same for me but ErrorCode: 16.0

Today I tried to start the game and got an error, the error says that I may have a problem with the internet, but the internet is fine. There is a restart button and contact support. Restart restarts the game but the same error appears. contact support redirects me to the browser and opens a 404 page.

Like a lot of people I cannot start the game today. 

Was seeing Error code 16.0 on PC client and Android tablets but am now just getting black screens and not even seeing the loading splash screen

Same here... First 3.0 and now 16.0...

BTW Today is Oct. 20, 2025...
We are losing our

Arena and fleet arena(!)
Events...

AWS is down. I’m guessing this is related.
