Unable to open game

Unable to open game on Android since about 3pm AEST on 02/08. Uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, no luck. PC client works fine through EA app.

Just like the others, my SWGOH has stopped working on my Android.  I’ve re installed the game everyday since this has happened (the last update), still not working.  Since it was EA’s update that is the problem, can I expect a refund on all my purchases, since they’re not making attempt to fix it.

On android device. I have been unable to access my account since the update. Constant connection error on splash screen while checking for updates. I have done all normal troubleshooting: Cache clearing, uninstall and reinstall, Airplane mode. Nothing is changing the issue. I'm just losing rewards and shards and gac rounds.

Dear EA helper... i tried ur advice logged out changet the google play account opened the game and still logging me in to my main account. So this problem is still UNSOLVED. So please do something to help us. Or just delete our accounts and repay us with a worth amont of chrystals. I payed enought to ur game to feed ur egos so fix this problem. 

If nothing works on ur side just go and remove this change. Cos its clearly didnt working properly.

Hello, since 07/30/2025 I have been trying to recover my account as well as my son's following the update where there was a bug, with my email address I had my son's account and it was impossible to dissociate my son's account from my account, during the day we managed to enter the account as a guest and made a ticket but to date no response. I have already posted two messages here but nothing happens. Here are our two accounts: mine, ally code 163-668-323 and my son's 475-155-195. If you need more information, I remain at your disposal.

Unable to open the app on my phone.  Deleted data/cache, reinstalled.  Still nothing:

I searched my PC for the words "player.log" found text document in Heroes folder. The only place I seen ERROR was next LogLevel.       LogLevel: ERROR

can you do us a favor? on PC where you have the problems:

go there with your windows explorer. then somehere in there you see ea games and swgoh and somewhere deeper you find Player.log

its a textfile... open it and look for the last error entry.
