I have rebooted the game and swapped stores, like it was suggested in other threads. Additionally the transaction failed and it has kept in a failed status not pending since 3 days ago, so no chance to cancel. How do i get the bundle back?  i just want to purchase it.

Fixed. Not sure if automated or not, but asked if I wanted to cancel previous pending purchase; said yes and repurchased.

XiangZhuXwhere were you asked if you wanted to cancel? Inside the game?
