Unable to purchase R2D2 Pack

Hello,

I attempted to purchase the R2D2 pack from the web store using Safari on my iOS device. When I click on it, an error appears, and after some time, the pack reappears but the same issue happens again when I try to repurchase.

I also tried to access the pack in-game, but it does not show up there either. It doesn’t seem like I’ve been charged, but I’m unsure what is going wrong. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
