@EA_Gunner 

So, I just noticed that for me this is occurring during JML's ultimate when the others assist and should kill the commander. I'm guessing it's something occurring due to the attacks happening at the same time as the transformation animation.

    Same situation for me. After ult clone commander wouldn't die.
