Unjustified Ban, No Response, Escalation Request

This story is almost more than 6 years old.
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the unjustified ban of my account. The stated reason, “Repetitive offense,” is completely false and unacceptable. I have not committed any violations, and all my gameplay has fully complied with your rules and policies. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I have been a player since the release of the game and spent four to five years playing on my original account before it was wrongfully banned without explanation. About a year ago, I decided to start again, and now, once again, I am facing the exact same unjust action.
This is beyond frustrating and entirely unfair treatment toward a dedicated player. Probably the game is still syncing into my Google Play connected profile (banned) and not into the new EA connected one (almost a year old).
I demand the following:
- Immediate investigation into this matter and a detailed explanation of why this ban was issued.
- Immediate reinstatement of my account, as I have broken no rules whatsoever.
It is absolutely unacceptable that after investing so much time, effort, and money into this game, I am subjected to such unfair treatment. If I do not receive a proper response and resolution promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue formally through the platform and consider legal action.
I expect your prompt reply and the restoration of my account without further delay. My cases were closed without a response, which is completely unacceptable. I provided all relevant information and fully cooperated, yet neither Capital Games nor EA representatives have shown any willingness to assist or even acknowledge my case.
Let me summarize the issue once again for clarity:
- I originally had a game account linked to my Google Play account, which was permanently banned years ago without any valid explanation. I did not violate any rules.
- After several years of inactivity, I created a new account around a year ago. This new account was linked to my EA account, not the old Google Play account.
- Recently, I started receiving messages that the account is banned due to "repetitive offenses". I strongly emphasize that I have not committed any offenses.
- A few days ago, I cleared the app cache, removed saved data from Google Play, unlinked everything, and reinstalled the game. It temporarily allowed me back into the EA-linked account, but the ban message returned the next day, and I am now again locked out.
This is an unjustified and highly frustrating experience, and the complete silence from support only makes it worse. If this matter is not escalated to a higher-level supervisor or EA representative, and my account is not properly reviewed and restored, I will be forced to consider taking legal action and reporting this issue publicly across consumer protection channels and media platforms. I have time for these justice games.
I request the following:
- Immediate reopening and escalation of this case.
- A detailed explanation of the so-called "repetitive offense" ban.
- Restoration of my EA-linked game account.
As long as the official EA site encourages people to tag other players as friends and report them as "illegal", just because they are competitors in the game, the game will never be playable. Link.
Please do not close any case without a proper human response, for anyone. I am a long-time, player, and I deserve transparency and fairness.
