Unwanted charge was made automatically or maybe it’s a duplicate charge
Hi so the last time I bought pack was on Dec 31. And the pack was LSB. But today Feb 13. I just top up my card and then suddenly an amount of LSB price was credited out of my card! I didn’t try to buy anything and I was offline at the moment my money got charged.
I have contacted Apple support and they said the payment was made but never went through and when you update your card, it just start the processing.
so I have got charged for nothing, or I might have already bought that LSB pack and then it charging me again today. Idk why please help!

Going to update my case as I completely forgot about it. After I contacted EA they have told me to contact this through your provider. So in my case I have to contact Apple for the refund. I hope this helps for future player who stumble upon my post.
