When I clicked on the link that confirmed my purchase I was given a reward in my inbox under the title “BB8 light speed bundle” but was only rewarded crystals, nothing related to the contents of the bundle I had purchased. I have tried the troubleshooting recommendations given by developers but nothing has worked. What steps should I take to be rightfully compensated for my purchase?
