Wat Tambor Overseer Unique not giving correct Max Protection

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Wat Tambor's Overseer Unique says it gives 30% max health to all Separatist and Dark Side Droid Allies. A Separatist Dark Side Droid ally then should receive +60% max protection. They are only receiving +30%. My Wat Tambor Currently has a max health of 112122, he should give +67267 protection to my Magnaguard, who has a current max protection of 120123. Resulting in a new max protection of 187390. When I heal him using Grand Admiral Thrawn's Grand Admiral's Command ability (health 40% protection) he is only healed for 61504, 187390 x.4 = 74956. 74956 != 61504. 112112 * .3 = 33633, 120123 + 33633 = 153756, 153756 * .4 (40% heal) = 61504 therefore he is not getting both bonuses and it is bugged.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use Wat Tambor with Magnaguard and heal with Grand Admiral Thrawn.
