Web Store Bug

In early December when the the Jabba, Jawa, Tusken, and other LSB were added I attempted to purchase them. When I clicked the Jabba LSB it wanted me to choose a card for payment. I had recently gotten a new card and did not have it in my phone at the time so I backed out of the screen quick to add the card and check the balance. Upon returning to the web store the Jabba pack disappeared while the other packs stayed in the store. I tried refreshing the web store with no luck so I thought maybe I will try and buy it in game. When loading up the game the Jabba LSB was gone but I didn't own the bundle.

At the time I thought the right decision was to contact help via the in game help as that's what I had always done but I now realize I should have gone through the forums. It is too late to try and get it now and I will just have to wait until next time around. Just hoping that maybe in the future that can get fixed as I have no idea what went wrong and how I could have fixed it.
