Unable to claim 750M conquest energy milestone achievement

So, got this reward, which is bugged and every time I try to claim it, restarts my game without getting thw rewards.

How to fix this?

EA games are full of bugs. This is a turn off for playing.

Im having the same issue!!! Try to claim it then it restarts the app.
