With the introduction of Kessel run I waited to purchase anything until this went live.
After purchasing the 44K Crystal bundle via the web store I have not received the accompanying 20K Coaxim, I have also logged in through the PC Client since this went live and the Cantina Holotables event progress is still at 0/1000.

I do not appear to be getting credit for doing dailies or logging into my account. However I did get credit for making purchase of shipment.
I'm not sure if the purchase was made before the Kessel run went live. I did not receive credit for a lsb purchase.
How does one submit a ticket as they are saying?
In game, select the Settings Cog at the top left and then select HELP, then select EA HELP. This will direct you out of the game to the EA Help site where you need to interact with the AI Chat. Go through that and select "No it did not help" when it asks if the AI answer helped. You will then be asked to explain the issue and provide your account details if you have not done so before.
I have screenshots of ea help chat bot it sends you searching all over with no answers !
I’m having the same issue, I’ve completed the described quest and appear unable to receive credit for the quest. My ally code is 451-387-452.

That's fine... but going to help takes you to an ai bot; that when you eventual get a human reply (8hrs later) they don't engage, provide solution, log a ticket, give a reference, or respond to follow up questions....
Same here - bought a few items from the webstore but have not received Kessle Run credits. Ally code 587-373-137.
I also did the same this morning and it’s impossible to contact ea customer support? How am I supposed to report it ?
