Web Store rewards not carrying over

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Our guild has starting logging into the web store daily for the free rewards. A guild member mentioned that he was getting the rewards in his inbox but upon claiming them, some of the rewards were not registering. I paid close attention today and it appears that the energy carries over fine but shards, Guild tokens (round orange ones) and possibly others that apply to the shipments store are not carrying over. Can someone please look into this? Today's amount was insignificant and I am not looking for a refund, just checking to see if this bug has been reported. Thank you
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? log into the EA web store https://store.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/, collect the free daily rewards, go to inbox in game, note and screenshot the types of rewards and the amount (do not claim), go to your current inventory and take a screenshot (especially in the shipment store), then go back to inbox and claim the rewards, check to see if you existing inventory has increased after claiming.

Hi all,
To clarify things:
1. Not all items listed in the Mystery Bundle are guaranteed. You will always only get a random selection (see the Pack Probabilities for more details).
2. As soon as you claim the bundle in the webstore, the items are added to your account. That is why the in-game message has a "Dismiss" button, not a "Claim" one.
