Webstore daily bonus chest

Hey, for a while I haven’t been able to claim the daily bonus chest on the webstore. Sometimes I can but it’s like one time per 3-4 weeks. I contacted es support but they really are no help. It does that on my iPhone and my pc. This is the message I get (it’s in french but it just says try again later). If anyone knows something it would be really appreciated! I live in Cananda and uses an IOS.
