Im having an issue in the webstore where it says, "This account is not eligible to purchase reward passes". Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?

I need your ally code and info what exactly are you tying to buy? Pack/bundle name or a screenshot of the error.
my ally code is 919-812-691. I am trying to buy the episode pass+ but it says "This account is not eligible to purchase reward passes"

Most likely it is caused by the date of birth on your SWGoH account. You have a teen account and it shows up as under 18. If this is incorrect, contact support and ask them to update your DOB on your SWGoH account.
where can I contact EA support so that its an actual person and not AI?

In-game settings > support > email contact
