EA_Gunner I purchased the Conquest Pass+ on the webstore about 8 hours ago. The purchase is "pending", the money has been taken out of my account but it hasn't been applied in game yet. My ally code is 347-372-842 and the PayPal Transaction ID is O-3LF22114GL374373S.
I've always heard the in-game customer service chat is trash and that if you ever have any issues, hit the forum. Well, now I guess I can say that the forums are also trash and I think we're all just screwed.
EA doesn’t care at all. I’m having issues with a light speed bundle not being added to my account and chat representative just keep closing the chat on me. What a worthless company.
You go into a restaurant you've been to 100 times before. You order; they take your money and you wait for your food. But your order never comes and every employee ignores you when you ask them where your order is. You're never going back to that restaurant, right?
As someone that has played this game for 6 years and spent about $15,000, I can gladly say I will never be spending a cent on it ever again. Thanks CG!
