Where can i refund a payment that i got over the swgoh webstore?

I someohow bought the slkr bundle 2x and got told to request a refund .Only thing i find is per postal service or mail but i dont find a mail adress any other way? Or does someone has the email?

    How do i contact them? If i go onto the help website and go the the request refund theme i get told how great theyr game happines program is. Where can i just talk to someone?
