Wrongly banned for "Repeat Offenses"

The CLS against traya, You can see that was on the second attempt. I don't know what the first attempt was (idk if GG shows it) but if there were only a few units left alive, and I use CLS to clean it up, then I dont know what the issue with that would be. Again, I don't know why some units have protection left over.

I know I was able to explain it with the profundity situation but as I dont know what the first team I used was in that battle, then I dunno if I can do any research. CLS does grant true damage also, by the way. But I am not saying CLS is what killed the Savage either.

  I looked into the CLS battle further, using GAC insight from that season. I set the teams exactly as they were in your battle, including all 3 omis on the Traya squad.
  Those 1213 battles are from the same season as your battle. Exactly 24 people managed to beat that squad using CLS. You and one other player beat an all-relic Traya squad, the other 22 had at least one g12, and in most cases the entire squad was g12.
  I couldn’t find any battles whatsoever where Savage still had protection left apart from your’s.

    Yes, I see. Again, I don't know what to tell you. All I have is my word that I didn't cheat. Swear on it. Not only would I not do something like that to ruin the experience for other players, but I value my account highly and also would never want to risk it. I looked further into it, it seems like there may be a chance the ban happened was I once accidentally filed a chargeback on a purchase I believed I didn't make. (I did, I was just dumb and forgot) But regardless, I never did get the money back. The charge stayed. Does EA/CG still keep track of requests of that and ban accordingly? Even if they never actually go through? I read somewhere that this can sometimes be bannable.

You can see in the screenshot the previous attempt left all members of the squad alive. These images are from your own swgoh.gg page, it shouldn’t be hard for you to find them.
