1080p Scaling still doesn't scale properly (March 15th Patch)

Well, the title says it all. This issue is supposed to be fixed in today's patch, but it's not. The UI in 1080p looks as tiny as it looked before. It's true we now can use a lower resolution to "fix"...

Some people in the community have suggested lowering the resolution as a solution, so some people at EA actually thought it was a solution. No, this is a terrible mistake. If you don't have a CRT monitor (which I don't think anyone with this problem has a CRT) lowering the resolution will only result in jagged edges, bad anti-aliasing, and a blurry, ugly render. SO THIS IS NOT A SOLUTION. We want to play at native 1080p! THIS SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD, EA!
